Treasury cuts Mexico’s growth forecast

Mexico’s Ministry of Public Credit cut Mexcio’s 2025 growth forecast to between 1.5% - 2.3% due to uncertainty and caution in the private sector. The treasury indicated it believes the levels of “external uncertainty” will be lower in 2026 and suggested a growth rate of between 1.5% - 2.5%. Read more at Animal Político.
