Government signed 3,500 contracts with shell companies in 20 years

From the Fox administration to AMLO’s, the Mexican government signed more than 3,500 contracts with so-called “ghost” companies, or shell companies, across a 20 year period. The government paid out nearly 500 million pesos as a result of those contracts. Read more at Animal Político.
